We add a swale, rock-lined channel, French drain, ditch or culvert, whichever the site needs.

We protect the outlet with rock.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a drainage problem or a foundation problem?
It can be both. We fix the drainage. If the wall is damaged, you will also need a foundation contractor.
Do I need a French drain?
Not always. A French drain handles water in the ground. Water running across the surface is fixed by regrading.
Where is the water actually allowed to go?
It depends on the property. We work it out on site so the water doesn’t end up on a neighbor’s land.
Can you clean out an existing ditch?
Yes. We re-cut silted ditches to the right depth and slope so they drain again.
