SMS / text messaging consent (A2P 10DLC)

By providing Your phone number and ticking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by otherwise giving us express written consent, You agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from BR2 Property Solutions at the number provided, including messages sent by an automated system, about your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, service updates and occasional offers.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to request a quote.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared, sold or transferred to any third party for their own marketing purposes, and are excluded from the business-transfer and Service Provider sharing described above except where a Service Provider is acting solely to deliver our own messages on our behalf. Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.
